There is a power in finding your authentic voice, your unique vision.

You not only have a right to be heard; your expression strengthens and frees you, and empower others.

From the depth of our core, we each have a unique purpose, vision, voice, wisdom. Here, you are invited to listen to and share what resonates in your soul and your journey.

When you express yourself authentically, it is as if you are standing on the top of a mountain, shouting out that which needs to be heard. You will not know who hears it. But I promise you that the winds will carry your words and they will fall down upon someone, like the rain upon the parched earth - bringing relief and the potential for new growth.

About me

I am a psychotherapist in the Beverly and Oak Park neighborhoods of Chicago. At the heart of my work, I love to encourage the power of the authentic voice and vision. I think we are conditioned too strongly by society to think, believe and behave in ways that create inner and outer struggles, conflict and fear. I believe that we each have archetypal journeys in our lives in which we discover our soul's purpose. Like a right of passage, I believe we are challenged to delve inward and bring forth our unique light, illuminating our path and adding to our collective transformation. Each creative expression is like a stepping stone of progress on an unfolding, often mysterious, path.
